Gratuity for Food & Beverage (F&B) Staff

We apply a 20% gratuity to all Food & Beverage (F&B) staff. This includes any team member who directly handles food or beverages or is required to hold a Mandatory Alcohol Server Training (MAST) certificate or a Food Handler’s Permit for the work performed.

Service Fee for Other Staff

For staff members whose responsibilities do not involve directly handling food or beverages, we charge a 5–10% service fee, depending on the scope of work.
